About Ben Mott

Ben is a patent attorney with more than 19 years’ intellectual property experience. He is also a mechanical engineer with more than five years’ experience working as an engineer with a Melbourne-based manufacturer.

With a unique combination of engineering skills and patent expertise, Ben is refreshingly practical. His clients appreciate his efficiency, commercial focus and clear communication.

Ben is a registered Australian and New Zealand patent attorney (check the register here). He has a Master of Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
